Pneumatic Actuating Control Valve (Baodi-242)

Baodi-242 Pneumatic Diaphragm Control Valve, which uses PTFE sealing, or alloy sealing, or bellow sealing, is an important element of industrial production automation. It is the actuator of pneumatic modular system for automatic control. It unlocks or locks the medium flow (water, steam, etc. ) in the pipeline according to the signal from the controlling meter in order to satisfy the requirements about pressure, temperature, and flow-rate of the whole system.

Manufactured base on German DIN standard, suitable for high temperature thermal system. Valve max pressure resistance various to 16 BAR and 25 BAR, valves diameter range between 15mm-200mm. Same valve body can switches to 2-way to 3-way valves. Motorized actuators are available for 220, 110 or 24 v, 50 or 60 Hz, suitable for various program control (P, PI, PID, or ON-OFF).
